Mycobacterium bacilli enter the lung tissue through the respiratory tract (droplet infection) to the alveoli. Tuberculosis is divided into two, namely bacteriological tuberculosis and clinical tuberculosis. One of the abnormality in pulmonary TB patients is gas exchange disorders. The causes of gas exchange disorders in tuberculosis are changes in the alveolar-capillary membrane and ventilation-perfusion imbalance. Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis are very at risk of experiencing anemia due to the infectious process and their metabolic needs. Objective: The objective of this research is to find out the risk factors of dyspnea and anemia in pulmonary tuberculosis (bacteriological or clinical) at Undata Regional Public Hospital, Palu in 2021. Methods: This research used an analytical observational with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used total sampling with the number of samples was 90 tuberculosis patients based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research instrument used medicine records and data were analyzed through the software SPSS using odds ratios on logistic regression complex samples. Results: The result of the research show that pulmonary tuberculosis patients have a risk of dyspnea of 0.531 times and pulmonary tuberculosis patients has a risk of anemia of 1.073 times. Conclusion: This research concludes that anemia has a greater risk compared to the risk factors for dyspnea in pulmonary tuberculosis patients (bacteriological and clinical) at Undata Regional Public Hospital in 2021. Keywords: Pulmonary Tuberculosis (Bacteriological or Clinical), Dyspnea, and Anemia
