Leucorrhoea is often complained of by young women as a reproductive health problem. Indonesia, which has a tropical climate, causes around 90% of Indonesian young women to experience vaginal discharge and the most dominant cause of vaginal discharge is unhealthy behavior in maintaining the cleanliness of the external genitalia. Objective: To compare the knowledge and behavior of leucorrhoea prevention among students from the Agrotechnology study program and the Management Economics study program. Method: This research used a Quantitative-Comparative research design, using a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used simple random sampling using the Taro Yamane formula and obtained 78 samples from Agrotechnology Study Program students and 78 Management Economics Study Program students. Data were obtained using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Mann Whitney test. Findings: Based on the results of data analysis there was no difference in knowledge of leucorrhoea prevention between students of the Agrotechnology study program and Management Economics study program with a value of p=0.882. There was no difference in leucorrhoea prevention behavior between students of the Agrotechnology study program and Management Economics study program with a value of p=0.814. Conclusion: There is no difference in knowledge of leucorrhoea prevention among students from the Agrotechnology study program and Management Economics study program.
