THE EFFECT OF LEARNING MOTIVATION AND SELF-EFFICIENCY OF STUDENTS IN CLASS 2020 ON THE RESULTS OF THE PRACTICUM EXAMINATION AT THE LABORATORY OF FACULTY OF MEDICINE, TADULAKO UNIVERSITY Nuranifa Auralia Azzahra*, Muhammad Ardi Munir** *Medical Student of the Faculty of Medicine, Tadulako University **Department of Anatomy, the Faculty of Medicine, Tadulako University ABSTRACT Background: The practicum exam is a step that must be taken by students to complete practicum activities in the current semester. The value of incomplete practicum class 2020 at the Faculty of Medical, Tadulako University consists of Parasitology at 64.7%, Clinical Pathology at 60.7%, Pathology Anatomy at 41%, and Microbiology at 30% thus almost in every department more than 30% of students do not complete the practicum exam, this is often associated with the influence of self-efficacy on learning outcomes and the relationship of student learning motivation in dealing with various situations while studying, including practical learning . Methods: The type of this research was quantitative with a cross-sectional approach using an observational analytic research design. The data collected were primary in the form of questionnaire results and secondary data, namely the results of practicum exam results at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Medical, Tadulako University in block 5. The research sample totaled 152 students who are willing to be respondents in June 2022 and the sample of this research was selected through the total sampling technique. The correlation test used was Spearman's test. Results: The results of this research show that the level of motivation to the practicum value is 0.00 < 0 xss=removed> 0.05 and a moderate correlation of 0.15 with a positive correlation direction. Conclusion: Based on the results of the research above, this research concludes that the level of learning motivation is correlated while self-efficacy is not correlated with the practicum scores of students in class 2020 at the Faculty of Medical, Tadulako University.
