Abstrak
HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PERILAKU SWAMEDIKASI PROFILAKSIS COVID-19 DENGAN TEORI HEALTH BELIEF MODEL DI BTN PUSKUD Cindy Amalia Octaviani Paudi*, Nur Syamsi** *Mahasiswa Kedokteran, Fakultas Kedokteran, Universitas Tadulako, Indonesia **Fakultas Kedokteran, Universitas Tadulako, Indonesia ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Swamedikasi atau self-medication merupakan upaya masyarakat untuk mengobati gangguan yang didiagnosis sendiri tanpa berkonsultasi dengan praktisi medis dan tanpa pengawasan medis. HBM digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep atas pemahaman perilaku individu. Perilaku yang dimaksud adalah perilaku kesehatan, baik dalam ranah preventif atau kuratif Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara persepsi masyarakat terhadap perilaku swamedikasi profilaksis COVID-19 dengan teori health belief model di BTN Puskud Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakam dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Dengan cara membagikan kuesioner melalui google form Hasil: berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan uji korelasi spearman rho didapatkan persepsi kerentanan (p=0,000 r=-0,491), persepsi keseriusan (p=0,000, r=-0,477), persepsi manfaat (p=0,000, r=-0,415), persepsi hambatan (p=0,000, r=-0,392), persepsi cues to action (p=0,000, r=-0,392), persepsi self-effcacy (p=0,000, r=-0,543) Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara persepsi masyarakat terhadap perilaku swamedikasi profilaksis covid-19 dengan teori health belief model di BTN Puskud, terdapat hubungan antara persepsi kerentanan, persepsi keseriusan, persepsi manfaat, persepsi hambatan, cues to action dan self-efficacy dengan perilaku swamedikasi. HBM is used to explain the concept of understanding individual behavior. The behavior in question is health behavior, whether in the realm of prevention or curative. Objective: To find out whether there is a relationship between public perception of the behavior of COVID-19 prophylaxis self-medication with the theory of health belief model in BTN Puskud. Method: This is quantitative research with a descriptive approach by distributing questionnaires via google form. Result: Based on the results of the analysis using the Spearman rho correlation test, it was found that the perception of vulnerability (p=0.000, r=-0.491), perception of seriousness (p=0.000, r=-0.477), perceived benefit (p=0.000, r=-0.415), perception of barriers (p=0.000, r=-0.392), perception of cues to action (p=0.000, r=-0.392), perception of self-efficacy (p=0.000, r=-0.543) Conclusion: There is a relationship between public perception of the behavior of self-medication for COVID-19 prophylaxis with the theory of health belief model in BTN Puskud, there is a relationship between perception of vulnerability, perception of seriousness, perception of benefits, perceived barriers, cues to action and self-efficacy with self-medication behavior.
