ABSTRACT The COVID-19 pandemic is a pandemic caused by a respiratory viral infection caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. This disease becomes very deadly if there are complications from pneumonia and acute respiratory distress syndrome and hemostasis disorders occur in sufferers of COVID-19. The research aims to compare PT and APTT in confirmed and unconfirmed COVID-19 patients. The research method is an observational analytic research method with a cross-sectional design using the Mann-Whitney comparative test. The research results revealed that the number of groups in the age range of 21-35 years was more infected with COVID-19, namely 22 people (47.8%) and women were more infected than men, namely 24 people (52.2%). In this research, the reference values used were the normal PT values of 12-13 seconds and the APTT of 30-50 seconds. The results of data analysis in the research of 46 subjects found the same PT to be prolonged, namely as many as 87% in patients with confirmed COVID-19 and not confirmed with COVID-19. Meanwhile, a shortened APTT was found, namely as much as 56.5% in patients with confirmed COVID-19 greater than those not confirmed with COVID-19. However, only an elongated APTT was found, namely 8.7% in patients who were not confirmed with COVID-19. The conclusion of the study is that there is an increase in PT in Confirmed COVID-19 patients and there is no increase in APTT in Confirmed COVID-19 patients. Keywords: PT, APTT, Patients, Covid-19.
