Kadar rasio neutrofil limfosit (RNL) didapatkan 65,3% orang berisiko rendah (< 3> 3,13). Globally, WHO reported cases of COVID-19 from 223 countries on August 18, 2021, there were 207,784,507 people confirmed positive, 4,370,424 people had died. One of the supporting tests to help classify disease severity and early warning of COVID-19 disease progression is the measurement of the Neutrophil Lymphocyte Ratio (RNL) which can be used for diagnosis and assessing patient prognosis. This research intends to determine the profile of the neutrophil lymphocyte ratio (RNL) in COVID-19 patients at Anutapura Hospital Palu. Methods: This is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample of this research were 75 confirmed positive COVID-19 patient who underwent RNL examination at the Anutapura Hospital Palu using a non-probability sampling technique which were selected through purposive sampling. The instrument used in this research was a data collection sheet to view data on COVID-19 patients. The data analysis technique used the frequency distribution of the values of leukocytes, neutrophils, and lymphocytes. Results: The results show that the average age of COVID-19 patients at Anutapura Hospital Palu was 48.12. The leukocyte levels from 75 samples were 6.67% of leukopenia patients, 78.6% of normal patients, and 14.6% of leukocytosis patients. Neutrophil levels were found in 16% of neutropenic patients, 53.3% of normal patients, and 30.6% of neutrophilic patients. Lymphocyte levels were found in 29.3% of patients with lymphopenia, 57.3% of normal patients, and 13.3% of patients with lymphocytosis. The neutrophil lymphocyte ratio (RNL) was found in 65.3% of low-risk people (<3>3.13). Conclusion: The levels of leukocytes, neutrophils, and lymphocytes in COVID-19 patients confirmed positive at the Anutapura Hospital Palu were still within normal limits, and the neutrophil lymphocyte ratio (RNL) is at low risk.
