| Abstrak Introduction: According to the Basic Health Research in 2018 in Central Sulawesi Province, stunting has a prevalence of 32.2%. Palu has a stunting prevalence of 17%, which is still relatively high. Children with stunting are at risk of experiencing developmental and growth disorders, especially in the first 1000 days of life. The Government of Central Sulawesi Province continues to approach stunting, especially in Palu City. It can be seen from the innovations made by several Public Health Centers in Palu City in reducing the stunting case. Therefore, it is considered necessary to know the results of the achievement of programs already running. Objective: This research aims to find out the program and the results of the stunting prevention program at the Sangurara Public Health Center. Methods: The design of the observational method is descriptive qualitative. The samples were 14 people taken through purposive sampling. Results: The results show that the program was quite good, and there is an increase in the height of toddlers given the intervention. However, there are several shortcomings such as Supplementary Feeding, which is not evenly distributed and routinely carried out, there is no SOP for stunting, staff and funds are considered lacking, and infrastructure facilities that still need to be completed. Conclusion: The stunting program that has been implemented has yet specifically subdued the stunting problem, only general nutritional problems. This is because there were non-stunting children who were also included and received the intervention of stunting prevention program. Keywords: Program, Stunting, Public Health Center, Evaluation |
