| Abstrak Background : Nosocomial infection is one of the causes of death and increased morbidity of patients treated in hospitals including general poly. Hospital is an integral part of the medical service organization that aims to provide health services and as a medical service institution for all types of diseases including infectious diseases. Nosocomial infections can occur because the hospital environment is less clean and due to several factors, which one is the presence of a bacterial disease agent. The purpose of this study is to identify airborne bacteria in Clinical Poly Room of Tadulako Medical Clinic. Method: This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive observational studies. The sampling method used is Non Probability Sampling by means of Total Sampling. The research was carried out in the Clinical Poly Room of Tadulako Medical Clinic and sample analysis was carried out in the Regional Health Laboratory of Central Sulawesi. Results: Based on the results of the research there was bacterial growth in all samples, which is on blood agar and on Mac Conkey, which then biochemical tests were carried out to obtain bacterial variations. The results found Staphylococcus sp (50%), Pseudomonas paucimobilis (25%), and Enterobacter cloacae (25%). Conclusion: Air bacteria found in Clinical Poly of Tadulako Medical Clinic Polyclinic are Pseudomanas paucimobilis, Enterobacter cloacae, and Staphylococcus sp.
