| Abstrak Background: Based on data from Palu City Health Office in 2017, MMR in Palu was 156 per 100.000 live births with 11 cases of maternal death. Most maternal and newborn death can be prevented, an important step to reduce mortality and morbidity is ANC to detect and treat complications from early pregnancy until delivery the baby. Objective: To determine the factors associated with Antenatal Care (ANC) in pregnant women at Bulili Public Health Center, Palu City in 2019 Method: This study use analytical research method with cross-sectional design. The sampling technique using purposive sampling and total sample amounted to 62 pregnant women. Results: Data analysis using Chi-Square test showed a significant correlation with ANC behavior, specifically education level (p = 0,000); family income (husband) (p = 0,000); health insurance (BPJS / KIS) (p = 0,039); health services location (p = 0,040); health workforce availability (p = 0,045); and husband support (p = 0,047). Health workforce attitude have no correlation (p = 0,653). Conclusion: Factors influencing the use of ANC among pregnant women at Bulili Public Health Center, Palu in 2019 are education level, family income (husband), health insurance, health services location, health workforce availability, and husband support.
