Abstrak Fungi is the name of the kingdom comprising a large group of eukaryotic heterotrophic organisms that digest their food externally and then absorbs the nutrient molecules into their cells. Therefore, fungi are organisms that are no longer classified under the Kingdom Plantae, but instead form their own kingdom fungi. Macrofungi are types of fungi whose fruiting bodies are visible without the aid of a (microscope). The research methodology used in this study involved a survey method with purposive sampling techniques. To determine the plot locations based on the types of fungi present, this study used plots measuring 5m × 5m, with a total of 7 plots at each research site, resulting in 14 plots in total. The results of the research indicate that in the Agroforestry and Secondary Forest areas of Palolo District, 48 species of macroscopic fungi were identified. Of these, 46 species belong to the division Basidiomycota and 2 species belong to the division Ascomycota. The diversity index values for macroscopic fungi were 2,84 for Agroforestry and 2,57 for the Secondary Forest, categorizing both locations as having moderate diversity. Based on the highest similarity index (SI) at the two research locations, 6 species of macroscopic fungi were identified Auricularia sp, Lepiota sp, Marasmius sp, Microporus sp, Mycena sp, and Polyporus sp. These species exhibited a low similarity index (25%<SI<50%). |
