| Abstrak Bokashi is an organic fertilizer produced from the fermentation of organic materials such as compost and manure, utilizing the help of decomposing microorganisms like microbes or fermenting fungi. The result is a solid fertilizer that is already decomposed, containing more readily available macro- and micronutrients for plant root absorption. Rice husk charcoal is used because it has nearly balanced macro- and micro-pores, ensuring good air circulation and a higher water absorption capacity. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of various doses of cow dung bokashi and rice husk charcoal on the growth of mahogany seedlings and their interaction. The research was conducted for 3 months, from April to July 2025, at the BPDAS Palu-Poso nursery in Palu City. The study used a factorial design, resulting in 3 x 2 = 6 treatment combinations, each replicated seven times, totaling 42 seedling units. The treatments were: Bokashi Doses (B): B0 (Control/No bokashi), B1 (200 grams/polybag), and B2 (400 grams/polybag). Growing Media Ratio (S): S1 (Soil + rice husk charcoal, 1:1) and S2 (Soil + rice husk charcoal, 2:1). The results showed that the application of cow dung bokashi and rice husk charcoal doses significantly affected the increase in height, number of leaves, and diameter of mahogany seedlings. Based on the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test at 5%, the cow dung bokashi dose significantly affected the increase in seedling height with the best value of 3.77 cm, seedling diameter with the best value of 4.17 mm, and number of leaves with the best value of 4.85 blades. Burnt rice husk charcoal and soil did not show a significant effect on the increase in seedling height, stem diameter, and number of leaves (tn). The interaction between cow dung bokashi and rice husk charcoal significantly affected the increase in the number of leaves with the best value of 3.72 blades.
