Abstrak Birds are good bio-indicators for seeing land changes. The oil palm plantations in the Rio Pakava oil palm plantations, Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi are a habitat for several types of birds which are very dependent on this habitat for the diversity of bird species, especially on the oil palm plantations in Rio Pakava. This research aims to inventory bird species to obtain information on the diversity of existing birds to determine the diversity of bird species and the dominance of bird species in each oil palm stand aged 5 years, 10 years, and 20 years. Data collection on bird species was carried out using the transect/lane method on each oil palm stand for 5 years, 10 years and 20 years. Collection in this research included primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of research in the field, 71 individual birds were found in 5-year oil palm stands and 29 individuals in 10-year oil palm stands and 67 individuals in 20-year oil palm stands. 17 species of birds were found in 17 families with a total of 167 individuals of all bird species. . The results of data analysis carried out at the research location showed that the species evenness index in the plantations of the three locations was 2,455 for 5-year oil palm stands, 2,496 for 10-year oil palm stands and 20-year oil palm stands for 1,966, so it can be said to be even and high because the evenness index values ??are close to the same species. and the level of dominance between the three locations is the same from the three locations where the bird species encountered are almost the same.
