| Abstrak Trembesi is a fast-growing plant originating from Central America and North America. The trembesi tree is a tree that is easily recognized because it has an umbrella-shaped canopy with a canopy diameter greater in height. This research was carried out for three months from June to September 2024 at the BPDAS Permanent Nursery Garden in Palu Poso, Central Sulawesi. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with a Factorial pattern, consisting of 2 factors, namely: First factor P0 = No sheep manure (control), P1 = 20 g sheep manure/polybag, P2 = 40 g sheep manure/ polybag, second factor M0 = Without coconut shell charcoal (Control), M1 = 25 g coconut shell charcoal. So each treatment combination is repeated 10 times so that there are 6 x 10 = 60 experimental units. The observation parameters are seed height, diameter and number of leaves. The analysis of varian Differencce (BNJ) test at the 5% level. The results of this study showed that administering doses of sheep manure and administering coconut shell charcoal had no significant effect on growth in height, diameter and number of leaves. However, the interaction treatment had the best influence on the increase in height, diameter and number of trembesi leaves in the P0M1 treatment (1000 gr Tailings Soil + 25 g (coconut shell charcoal), with an average result of increasing seedling height of 10.90 cm. Diameter increase of 2 .60 mm, and the increase in the number of Trembesi seedling leaves is P0M1= 6.00 pieces |
