Abstrak
This research was carried out for 3 months, namely from October 2023 to January 2024 at the BPDAS-HL Palu Poso Nursery, Tadulako University, Tondo, Central Sulawesi. This research used a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial pattern method, which consisted of 2 treatment factors, the first factor was cow manure treatment (P0 without fertilizer, P1 200g cow manure, P2 300g cow manure, P3 400g cow manure) and the factor second Mycorrhiza (M0 without Mycorrhiza, M1 15g Mycorrhiza) so that 4 x 2 = 8 treatment combinations and each treatment consists of 8 replications for a total of 64 experimental units. Observation parameters were height increase, seedling diameter, and number of leaves. The observational data was analyzed using test variance analysis (F) with the Honestly Significant Difference (BNJ) test at a real level of 5%. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the dose of cow manure had a significant effect on the increase in the number of leaves of mahogany seedlings with the best treatment in treatment (P2), namely 5.9 leaves, but had no significant effect on the increase in height and diameter of mahogany seedlings in the mycorrhiza treatment. had a significant effect on the increase in height, number of leaves, and diameter of mahogany seedlings. The best treatment was treatment (M1) with an increase in seedling height of 4.75 cm, an increase in the number of leaves of 4.1 pieces, and an increase in diameter of 0.18 mm. And the interaction treatment of cow manure and mycorrhiza had a significant effect on height increase, and the diameter of mahogany seedlings in the best treatment (P2M1) with an increase in seedling height of 28.88cm, and an increase in seedling diameter of 0.24mm in the interaction treatment of the two had no significant effect on growth. number of mahogany seedling leaves.
