Abstrak Soil chemical properties are one indicator for assessing the level of soil bearing capacity. Soil chemistry shows ionic activity that cannot be seen directly but can be tested using chemicals. The aim of this research is to determine the chemical properties of the soil under teak stands in Limboro Village, Central Banawa District, Donggala Regency. This research was conducted from June to August 2023 at 2 locations of teak stands, each 20 and 23 years old in Limboro Village. This research was conducted using a field survey method to determine the research location. And purposive sampling. At each location, 2 plots measuring 20 m x 20 m were created. there are 5 points diagonally. The soil samples taken were incomplete soil samples. With a depth of 0-20 cm. At each point, 1 kg of soil sample was taken and then composited. Incomplete soil samples were taken to analyze soil pH, Nitrogen (N-total), Phosphorus (p-total), C-Organic, and Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC). The results of the study showed that the soil chemical properties of soil pH in teak stands aged 20 year has a pH of 7.66 - 7.88, C-Organic soil fertility 3.99%- 5.94%, Total N content 0.21%-0.45%, CEC 41.15 cmol(+)kg- 1 -46.26 cmol(+)kg-1, and phosphorus 12.20-13.43 mg/100gr. Meanwhile, teak stands aged 23 years have a pH value of 7.06 -7.93 with a C-Organic content of 3.54% -4.27%, N-Total content, 0.35% -0.42%, CEC 52 .19 cmol(+)kg-1 - 52.27 cmol(+)kg-1, and phosphorus 22.45 mg/100gr-31.16 mg/100gr. |
