Abstrak This research was carried out for 3 months from May to August 2023 in two stands of candlenut seed sources, namely in Uwemanje and Bakubakulu Village, Sigi Regency. This research began a site survey. At each research site, six points were determined to be used as litter sampling sites. Litter sampling based on the level of slopes i.e. valley, ridge and peak. At each level of slopes, 2 litter sampling points were taken, the distance between one point to the other point was 15m. Then proceed with litter sampling by making plots at each point with a plot size of 0.5 m x 0.5 m as a plot used in taking litter samples. The observation parameters are coarse litter biomass, fine litter biomass, and total litter biomass. The results showed that the litter biomass in pecan stands (Aleurites molucanna (L.) Willd) in Uwemanje Village amounted to 13.66 tons / ha. The coarse litter biomass in the hazelnut stand in Uwemanje Village was 8.93 tons/ha and the fine litter biomass of the hazelnut stand in Uwemanje Village was 4.73 tons/ha while the litter biomass in the hazelnut stand in Bakubakulu Village was 14.2 tons/ha. The coarse litter biomass of candlenut stands in Bakubakulu village is 9.33 tons/ha, and the fine litter biomass of candlenut stands in Bakubakulu village is 4.87 tons/ha. |
