| Abstrak This studi aims to determine the financial of nutmeg from the Rajawali Forest Farmers Group in Maleali Vilage, Sausu District, Parigi Moutong Regency. The population in this study was the Rajawali Forest Fermers Group (KTH Rajawali), which consisted of 38 people.in this study using rendome sampling technique (simple randome method) by taking a group of units of nutmeg from population of KTH Rajawali as many as 9 respondents as the research sample. This study uses finansial analysis methodswhisch incluce Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP, todetermine the feasibility level of nutmeg farming in Maleali Vilage, Sausu District, Parigi Moutong Regency. The results showed that thearea of land and the number of productive nutmeg trees greatly influenced the acceptance of each respondent. As for the calculation results, it show that the average income of respondents is Rp. 15.134.111/ year, with an average NPV Value of IDR 41.034.511, Net B/C of IDR. 1,69, IRR OF 11% and PP in the 11th year the 2nd month, from the resultsof the financial calculations carried out, it can be concluded tha nutmeg produktion in Maleali Vilage, Sausu District, Parigi Moutong Regency. |
