| Abstrak The rattan cultivation process needs to be developed by procuring good and quality rattan seeds. To obtain quality seedlings, additional ingredients are needed in the medium to provide nutrients that support growth. The addition of cow dung can help the growth of rattan stem seedlings. Research on cow dung has not been done much on the growth of rattan stem breedsThis research has been carried out for three months, namely from July to . October 2023, taking place at the Arboretum of the Faculty of Forestry, Tadulako University. This study used ( CRD) which consisted of 4 treatments, namely P0 = soil without cow dung (control) P1 = soil 500g + dose of cow dung 100g P2 = soil 400g + dose of cow dung 200g P3 = soil 300g + dose of cow dung 300g Of the 4 treatments, each was repeated 10 times so that a total of 4 x 10=40 units.
