Abstrak
This research aims to determine the diversity of macroscopic fungal species that grow in pine stands (Pinus merkusii) and secondary forests, in Barana Village, Kab. Luwu, South Sulawesi. This research uses survey and observation methods as well as direct observation, sampling using purpove sampling by placing plots in each predetermined location. This research used a survey method at 2 locations, namely Pine Stands (Pinus merkusii) and Secondary Forest. The observation data was analyzed descriptively qualitatively with methodological observation and direct observation which included descriptions of fungi. The results of the research showed that in the Pine (Pinus merkusii) stands there were 28 species found, which were included in the Basidiomycota Division which was classified into 23 species, which were divided into 4 orders Agaricales, Polyporales, Boletales, Thelephorales, Ascomycota Division 3 which was divided into 3 orders Pezizales, Xylariales , Lecanorales, Amoebozoa Division 2 is divided into 2 orders Trichiales, Protosteliales. From the research results, the most common type of mushroom found was the Order Agaricales with 13 types. Meanwhile in the Secondary Forest, almost the same types of fungi were found in the pine stand research location, 26 types were found including in the Basidiomycota Division, 18 types of fungi, which were divided into 6 orders Polyporales, Agaricales, Boletales, Auricuales, Aphyloporales Stereopsidales, and the Ascomycota Division. 8 types of fungi were divided into 6 orders Pezizales, Xylariales, Dacrymycetales, Geoglossales, Pertusariales, Trichiales. The type of fungus that is most often found in secondary forests is the Polyporales order, with 10 types.
