Abstrak
This research was carried out for 3 months, from January to April 2023, located in Uwemanje Village, Kinavaro District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi. This study used a Complete Randomized Design (RAL), which consisted of 5 treatments, namely L0=No White Oyster Mushroom Media Waste (Control), L1=250g Oyster mushroom media waste + 750g soil, L2=350g Oyster mushroom media waste + 650g soil, L3=450g Oyster mushroom media waste + 550g soil, L4=550g Oyster mushroom media waste + 450g soil. Each treatment trial unit consists of 5 repetitions for a total of 25 seedlings. The parameters observed are height increase, diameter increase, and leaf child increase. The observed data were analyzed using fingerprint analysis (F test) with 5% Honest Real Difference (BNJ) test The results of the fingerprint analysis showed that various doses of white oyster mushroom waste had a real effect on various doses of white oyster mushroom media waste had a real effect on the growth of mahogany seedlings (Swietenia mahagoni (L) Jacq) in the field, as seen from the increase in seedling height, diameter, and number of mahogany seedling leaves. The dose treatment of white oyster mushroom waste media 55% (L4) has the best effect compared to other dose treatments, namely with an average seedling height increase of 15 cm, an average leaf count increase of 13 strands and an average stem diameter increase of 5.82 mm.
