| Abstrak Vegetation is a collection of several types of plants that grow together in a place where there is close interaction between the constituent individuals, both between the plants and the animals that live in the vegetation and environment. This research was carried out for 3 months starting from November 2023 – January 2024. This research used a systematic plotting method to see the diversity of riverside tree vegetation found on the River Border in Salukaia Village, West Pamona District, Poso Regency. The results of the research found 38 species from 22 families at the tree level, at the pole level 44 species were found from 28 families, at the sapling level 42 species were found from 27 families, then at the seedling level 39 species were found from 29 families. The type that dominates at the tree level is the Chocolate plant (Theobroma cacao L.) which has the highest INP value, namely 27.30%, then at the pole level the dominant plant is the Chocolate plant (Theobroma cacao L.), which has the highest INP value, namely 35.27%, then the plant that dominates at the sapling level is the Lantoro plant (Leucaena leucocephala) which has the highest INP value, namely 40.23%, at the seedling level the plant that dominates is the Elephant Grass plant (Cencrus purpreus) which has the INP value the highest was 32.87%. Vegetation type diversity index using the Shanon-Wiener Index at each level of different vegetation types. Because the diversity index is less than 3 but greater than 1 (2 ? H ? 3). This shows that the diversity of vegetation types in the Salukaia River is moderate. |
