| Abstrak Butterflies are one of the insects that belong to the order Lepidoptera, meaning they have scaly wings. The body of an adult butterfly consists of three main parts, namely the head, thorax and abdomen. The distribution of butterflies throughout the earth’s surface, ranging from highlands to lowlands. The purpose of this study is to determine the distribution pattern of butterflies and determine the environmental factors of butterfly habitat, around the Vintu Village Forest Park area. Dispersal patterns are a broad subject that has long been discussed by ecologists and biogeographers. For example, terrestrial mammals can walk, run, dig, climb, swim or fly to new areas. This research was conducted for two months from March 2023 to April 2023. This research used the point count method, Point Count is an animal census method with the same concept and theory as line transects, but the sample plots used are circular with a certain radius and do not depend on speed. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the distribution pattern of butterflies around the Tahura area around Vintu Village has a clustered distribution pattern (22 species), butterfly species are included in the uniform distribution pattern (14 species), based on the results of the analysis with the morisita index (I?) in the garden habitat type and secondary forest habitat type shows that the dominating distribution pattern is the clustered distribution pattern. |
