Abstrak Biodiversity is a national asset that needs to be preserved and utilized. One way is through the use of medicinal plants used in traditional medicine, especially those located around forest areas. The Topobaria tribe still has a tradition of mixing plants into medicine as an alternative treatment for disease. This research aims to record the types of plants used as medicine, the parts of the plants used, and how they are used by the people of Sedoa Village. This research was carried out for three months, namely from November 2022 to February 2023 in Sedoa Village, North Lore District, Poso Regency, Central Sulewesi Province. The method is a qualitative descriptive research method with observation/survey and interview techniques in the field. Interviews were conducted with the Topobaria Tribe of Sedoa Village who were selected as respondents. In this case, the Topobaria tribe still uses medicinal plants, namely 44 respondents. The research results showed that there were 32 types of medicinal plants from 22 families which were used to treat various diseases. The plant parts used by the Topobaria tribe consist of leaves, stems, fruit, roots, sap and rhizomes, with a percentage of leaves of 52%, then rhizomes 16%, sap 10%, fruit 13%, then roots 6%. and stemmed by 3%. The way to use medicinal plants is by boiling, soaking, grating, smearing, drinking directly, pounding and mashing, with the respective usage percentages, namely boiling 53%, then smearing 16%, grating 9%, drinking directly 9%, grinding. 16%. 6% and soaked 3% and ground 3%.
