| Abstrak Abstract Nyatoh (Palaquium sp.) is a plant that is spread throughout Indonesia. This plant has a fairly high ecological and economic value. Increasing the growth of nyatoh seedlings can be done by applying organic fertilizer, goat manure has the advantage of using gamal leaves as a material for making compost which has a big impact, such as increasing the availability of nitrogen in the soil. This research was carried out for 3 months, namely in October 2022-January 2023 in the area of the Faculty of Forestry, Taduulako University, Palu, Central Sulawesi. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) method which consisted of 5 treatments, namely: P0 = soil without treatment, P1 = 0.25 kg organic fertilizer/planting hole, P2 = 0.50 kg organic fertilizer/planting hole, P3 = fertilizer 0.70 kg organic fertilizer/planting hole and P4 = 1 kg organic fertilizer/planting hole. Of the 5 treatments, each was repeated 7 times. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the application of organic fertilizer made from goat manure had a significant effect. The nyatoh seedling leaves in the P4 treatment were better compared to P3, P2, P1 and P0, with an average increase in height 7.14 cm, an average increase in diameter 1.19 mm and an average increase in the number of leaves 5,14 sheets.
