| Abstrak Abstract Production forest is a forest area whose results can be used or taken, both in the form of wood and non-timber. The use of production forests, for example, as land to build certain areas or as a source of tradable forest products. The production forest area in Sibaluton Village, Basidondo District, Toli-toli Regency, has several types of forestry plants that have long been used by the community, both land use and forest product utilization. The purpose of this study is to find out the use of production forests by the people of Sibaluton Village, Basidondo District, Toli-toli Regency.This research was carried out for 3 months starting from December 2021 to March 2022 through interviews in Sibaluton Village, Basidondo District, Toli-toli Regency. The method of this study is an interview using a questionnaire. Sampling technique with purposive sampling method.The results showed that the production forest products used by many communities were non-timber production forest types, including Rattan 67%, bamboo 22% and palm 11%. The cause of the Sibaluton village community's use of production forests is nothing but to meet the daily needs of the community and the impact on the community itself is to help their daily needs and as an added value for them.
