| Abstrak Inventory is an activity to collect data or collect information on potential so that it can be used to recognize the types of medicinal plants that exist in an area. Medicinal plants are all plants whose parts are known and are believed to have good benefits to maintain health and have been used as raw material for traditional medicine. The use of medicinal plants as traditional medicine has been carried out since prehistoric times by people who live around the forest. The purpose of this study is to inventory the types of medicinal plants found in the Natural Tourism Park Nanggala III, record what types of medicinal plants are used in the area, what parts of the plants used by the community as medicine and how to process and use medicinal plants done by the community.This research was conducted about three months from February to May 2022, located in Nanggala III Alam Tourism Park, West Battang Village, Palopo City. This research was conducted using the cruising and interview methods.The results showed that the types of medicinal plants found in the Natural Tourism Park Nanggala III were 25 types of 17 families where only 19 types were utilized by the community in the region. The part of the plant used by the community as a medicine is the leaves, seeds, fruit, sap, rod hair, roots and stems. How to process medicinal plants carried out by the community is to boil, squeeze, pound and without being mixed. How to use medicinal plants carried out by the community is to drink, stick, rub and eat directly. |
