| Abstrak Gamal leaves have a fairly high nutrient content so they have good potential to be used as fertilizer, both solid fertilizer and liquid fertilizer. The application of liquid organic fertilizer of Gamal leaves with the right concentration has not been widely carried out on avocado seedlings. The purpose of this study was to determine the best concentration of the fertilizer at the beginning of the growth of avocado seedlings in the field. This research was conducted for 3 months, from February to May 2022, which is located in the area of the Faculty of Forestry, Tadulako University, Palu. This study used the method (CRD) which consisted of 4 treatments, namely: P0 = Control, P1 = 10%, P2 = 15%. P3 = 20?ch treatment consisted of 8 replications so that the total required was 32 experimental units and each planting hole was planted with one avocado seedling (Persea americana). Parameters observed were increase in height, diameter, and number of leaves. Measurement data using analysis of variance with BNT test level 5%. The results of this study showed that the application of liquid organic fertilizer on Gamal leaves had a significant effect on the increase in seedling height and leaf number of avocado seedlings but had no significant effect on seedling diameter. ,63cm was significantly different from treatment P0 with a value of 6.38cm and P3 with a value of 10.13cm but not significantly different from treatment P2 with a value of 8.75cm. A further test of 5% BNT showed an increase in the number of leaves in the treatment P0 with a value of 7.4 strands, P1 with a value of 8.6 strands, P2 with a value of 10.8 strands, P3 with a value of 13.8 strands. |
