| Abstrak Traditional medicine is a legacy from generation to generation, firmly rooted in the nation's culture. Therefore both in ingredients and in its use as traditional medicine are still based on experiences passed down from generation to generation both orally and in writing. This research is more focused on the Kaili Ledo people. This research was conducted for 2 months from July to September 2022 in Ngata Baru Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The purpose of this research is to record/record the types of medicinal plants, the parts of the plants used, the method of processing and utilization of medicinal plants. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection is done through interviews. The data collected was analyzed by percentage value using the Slovin formula (1960) and the number of respondents was 40 respondents. The results showed that the medicinal plants used by the Kaili Ledo people in Ngata Baru Village found 31 types of medicinal plants from 22 families. Types of plants that are widely used by the community as medicinal materials are cultivated plants with a percentage of 65.79%. The type of medicinal plant that is often used as a treatment is bitter melon (Momordica charantia) with a percentage of 14.39%. The part of the plant that is often used is the leaf with a percentage of 45.00%. The method of processing medicinal plants that is often done is by boiling with a processing percentage of 45.24%, and the method of utilization that is often done is drinking with a percentage of 47.06%.
