Abstrak This research was carried out for 3 months, namely in September 2022 to December 2022 at the Arboretum area of the Faculty of Forestry campus, Tadulako University, Palu, Central Sulawesi. This study used a complete randomized design method (RAL), which consists of 5 treatments, namely: P0= without liquid organic fertilizer (control), P1= 5% concentration (950 ml of Water + 50 ml POC) P2= 7.5% concentration (925 ml of Water + 75 ml POC), P3= 10% concentration (900 ml of Water + 100 ml POC). The results of the analysis showed that the application of liquid organic fertilizer based on bamboo roots significantly affect the increase in height, diameter and number of leaves of mahogany seedlings. Based on the results of further tests the smallest real difference (BNT) 5% shows that the average increase in height, diameter and number of leaves of mahogany seedlings in P3 treatment is significantly different from the treatment ,P2,P1 and P0. The treatment that gives the best response to the growth of mahogany seedlings is the treatment of P3= 10% concentration (900 ml water + 100 ml POC), on all growth parameters. The average result of the increase in height from the highest to the lowest is P3 = 18.38 cm, P2 = 13.88 cm and P1 = 12.50 cm and P0 = 10.25 cm. The average result of the increase in diameter from the highest to the lowest is P3 = 1.44 mm, P2 = 1.11 mm, P1 = 1.05 mm and P0 = 0.61 mm. The average result of the increase in the number of leaves is the highest to lowest P3 = 10.13 strands, P2 = 8.50 strands, P1 = 5.63 strands and P0 = 4.50 strands.
