| Abstrak Community Forestry as one of the social forestry schemes to obtain optimal benefits from the forest in the form of utilization of forest products timber, utilization of non-timber products and utilization of environmental services. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors and inhibitors of management, which affect the success of community forest management and formulatet the success of community forest management and formulate strategies that need to be done in community forest management in strategies that need to be carried out in community forest management. The research was conducted from March to April 2023. The research was conducted in Wombo Kalonggo Village District Tanantovea. Data collection was conducted through field observations, in-depth interviews. Objects in this study consisted of forest farmer groups (20 members of the Sintuvu Roso Members), the Village Head, NGOs and PS assistants Wombo Kalonggo/instructors, and KPH Dolago Tanggunung. The selection of respondents was carried out by purposive sampling with the following criteria. The results show that strategies that can be developed in Community forest management in Wombo Village is an opportunity strategy (SO) or agressive development strategy (SO), where the development of community forestry by utilizing opportunities of natural resources by utilizing the opportunities of natural resources available with the management design and increasing the role of related stakeholders. Available natural resources with management design and increasing the role of relevant stakeholders as the basis for the development of community forest management.
