The potential forest resources that can be utilized by the communities around the forest in their daily lives are plants with medicinal properties. Ngata Katuvua Dongi-Dongi Village is one of the villages located around the Lore Lindu National Park forest area, where most of the population uses plants as medicinal ingredients for their health solutions due to the long distance from the village to the health center. This study aims to identify the types of medicinal plants used by the community of Ngata Katuvua Dongi-Dongi Village, Central Sulawesi. The research was conducted over three months, from October to December 2023, in the forest of Ngata Katuvua Dongi-Dongi Village. The method used was the plot transect method, where each observation transect was placed in each boya. The boyas in Ngata Katuvua are Tapura, Lentora, Toraranga, and Singgani 1, resulting in four vegetation type research transects. The research results show that the diversity of medicinal plants at the research location includes 50 species from 34 families, among which 29 species are extensively used as medicinal ingredients by the community, The diversity index (H') at the tree level was 1.61, categorized as moderate. The diversity index (H') at the pole level was 1.38, also categorized as moderate. The diversity index (H') at the sapling level was 1.59, which is in the moderate category. The diversity index (H') at the seedling level was 2.98, classified as moderate, indicating that the availability level is still stable but slightly threatened.
