Abstrak
Teak (Tectona grandis Linn. F) is one of the most popular types of wood since ancient times because it has a unique pattern and is elegant, strong, durable, stable, and easy to work with. However, damage to teak trees can also occur, reducing their quality and quantity. Damage to trees in teak forests can occur due to the activity of pathogens, insects or natural factors, including human activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the types of diseases, attack symptoms, frequency and intensity of attacks, and identify pathogens that cause disease against Teak Stands (Tectona grandis Linn. F) at location 1 and location 2 in Pombewe Village. The results of the study showed the type of fungus found in teak stands, namely Verticillum sp. The pathogen causes stem fungal diseases that are attacked on the stem, then there is also a type of fungus Phomopsis sp. Which causes leaf spot disease and Phytopthora sp. Which causes leaf blight. In addition, there are also endophytic fungi, namely Tricoderma sp and Mucor sp. The average teak stand damage at site 1 due to disease attacks included moderate damage criteria with an average attack frequency of 66.13% and an attack intensity of 31.35%. Meanwhile, the average damage to teak stands located in location 2 included healthy criteria with an attack frequency of 2.08% and an attack intensity of 0.84%.
