Abstrak The level of visitor satisfaction is the level of one's feelings after comparing the performance (results) that he feels compared to his expectations. Visitors will feel satisfied if the results of their evaluation show that the products/services they use are of high quality. Visitors will feel satisfied if they get good service or as expected. In addition, the behavior of visitors who are dissatisfied with a product or service has an impact on the image of tourism itself and the prospect of tourism travel in the future. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of visitor satisfaction with the Sampuna Hill tourism object, the Nanggala III Natural Tourism Park in Palopo City. This research was carried out for 2 months from March to May 2022 at the Sampuna Hill tourist attraction, Nanggala III Natural Tourism Park (TWA) Palopo City. This study uses a questionnaire and interview methods. The questionnaire method is carried out by giving a set of questions or written statements to respondents to answer. Interviews were conducted to obtain information for research purposes by asking questions to the owner or officer to obtain information. The research sample was 100 tourists. Samples were taken by accidental sampling technique. The method of data analysis uses an attitude measurement scale or a Likert scale. The results showed that the index number for the satisfaction level of visitors to the Sampuna Hill tourist attraction was at the point of 78.1% which was classified as "Satisfied".
