JudulRespon Pertumbuhan Semai Tanjung (Mimusops Elengi Linn.) Terhadap Berbagai Taraf Intensitas Cahaya Di Lapangan
Nama: MAULIA RAHMA
Tahun: 2022
Abstrak
Tanjung is one type of tolerant plant, which means that the plant is resistant to shade. Providing shade at a certain percentage can provide the appropriate intensity of sunlight for photosynthesis so that plants can grow optimally. This research was conducted in January - April 2022, which is located in the area around the Faculty of Forestry, Tadulako University, Palu, Central Sulawesi. The method used is the method of Randomized Block Design (RAK) which consists of 4 treatments. The treatments tested were N1 = no shade (control), N2 = 55% light intensity (45%), N3 = 30% light intensity (70% shade) and N4 = 10% light intensity (90% shade). This study consisted of 2 groups, namely group 1 seedlings with 11-12 leaves and group 2 seedlings with 13-14 leaves, so there were 8 experimental units. One experimental unit consisted of 5 seedlings so that the total was 40 seedlings. The results showed that, the increase in the number of leaves with the best results was in the treatment without shade (N1) and 55% light intensity (N2), which was an average of 4.0 strands. Light intensity 10% (N4) tended to give better results at an average height increase of 5.0 cm and resulted in a higher seedling sturdiness value, which was an average of 7.7. While the increase in diameter, the light intensity of 55% (N2) tends to give better results compared to other treatments, which is an average of 0.66 mm. Keywords : light intensity, shade and cape (Mimusops elengi Linn.)
