| Abstrak The income from the palm sugar processing business into ant sugar for 1 production in Oncone Raya Village, South Tinombo District, Parigi Moutong Regency is an average of Rp. 8,383,586.2 per one production. In the management of palm sugar production by members of the farmer group at one time the production process in a period of 1 week can produce 85 kg of palm sugar / person at a price of Rp. 18,000 / kg. In this case, there are 20 members of the group that produce palm sugar or commonly known as shell sugar. In addition to the palm sugar business income turned into sugar, members of the Mattuju-tuju Forest Farmers Group also have side income such as having income from gardening, farming, livestock and so on that can meet the cost of daily living R / C for palm sugar business that is processed into ant sugar in Oncone Raya Village is 3.38. This means that the R / C value is greater than 1, it can be concluded that the business of producing ant sugar in Oncone Raya Village, South Tinombo District, Parigi Moutong Regency is profitable. In this study, the R / C generated was 3.38, meaning that every 3 rupiahs spent would generate 3.38 rupiah (revenue). |
