| Abstrak Gmelina arborea or white teak is a productive wood producing plant that is used commercially and is used as a protective plant. With the increasing need for industrial wood, wood from white teak has bright prospects, the quality of the wood is quite good and the growth is fast. Considering its potential and uses, white teak (Gmelina arborea Roxb) has great potential to be developed and expanded in cultivation and to preserve its existence. One of the obstacles faced in cultivation is the problem of land which is mostly dominated by marginal land. Therefore, considering that this land is land that is relatively less favorable for plant growth, efforts are needed to increase productivity. This research aims to determine the effect of manure doses on growth of white teak seedlings. This research was carried out for three months, from July to September 2023, at the Arboretum of the Faculty of Forestry, Tadulako University. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of five treatments D0 = Soil (Control), D1 = Soil 250 kg + Goat Manure 500, D2 = Soil 2 kg + Goat Manure 1000 g, D3 = Soil 1.5 kg + Goat Manure 1500 g. The four treatments were repeated 8 times so that the total experimental units were 32 experimental units. The parameters observed in this research were the increase in seedling height, increase in the number of seedling leaves and increase in seedling diameter. The research data were analyzed using analysis of variance. Further tests were carried out using the Honestly Significant Difference Test (BNJ) at the 5% level.
