Abstrak
Nyatoh (Palaquium sp.) is one of a group of woody tree species spread throughout Indonesia. Given its potential and usefulness, nyatoh has the potential to be developed and expanded its planting and preserved its existence. This research was conducted for three months, from August 2022 to November 2022, located in the Permanent Nursery of BPDAS HL Palu-Poso, Tadulako University. This study used a complete randomized design method in factorial pattern consisting of two factors, namely the first factor of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and the second factor of coconut shell charcoal consisting of 6 treatment combinations, namely: F0K0 = No treatment (Control), F0K1 = Coconut Shell Charcoal 10%, F1K0 = FMA 10 g, F1K1 = FMA 10 g + Coconut Shell Charcoal 10%, F2K0 = FMA 20 g, F2K1 = FMA 20 g + Coconut Shell Charcoal 10%. The 6 treatment combinations were each repeated six times, so the total seedling units required were 6 X 6 = 36 seedling units. Observation parameters consisted of seedling height increase, diameter, number of leaves, and seedling sturdiness value. Analysis of variance is used to determine if the effect of treatment has a real or very real effect on the observation parameters, then continued by using the Anova table at a real level of 5%, if F count is greater than F table 5% then further tests are carried out Real Differences Honest (BNJ) at a real level of 5%. The results showed that the interaction between FMA and coconut shell charcoal did not significantly affect the increase in height, diameter, and sturdiness of seedlings but significantly affected the increase in the number of leaves. The treatment of FMA has a real effect on the parameters of the number of leaves. The provision of coconut shell charcoal has a significant effect on the observation parameters of height increase, number of leaves, and the value of seedling sturdiness, but has no significant effect on the observation parameters of diameter increase. The best seedling growth was obtained in the F1K1 treatment with an average value of height gain of 9.81 cm, the number of leaves was 10.17 strands.
