Abstrak
Red Jabon (Anthocephalus macrophyllus (Roxb.) Havil) is a fast growing plant that grows in the tropics and is an intolerant plant species, this plant is not shade tolerant and requires full lighting during its life period. make it a pioneer plant species in reclaiming ex-gold mines. This study aims to determine the effect of various types of plant growth-promoting Rhizobacteria on the growth of Jabon Merah seedlings on ex-gold mine soil. This research was carried out for 4 months, from January to April 2021 at the BPDAS-HL Permanent Nursery in Palu Poso, Central Sulawesi. The research method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of four treatment levels and ten replications so that the total number of seedling units required was 40 seedlings, namely: P0 = No fertilizer (Control); P1 = Bamboo root PGPR fertilizer; P2 = PGPR fertilizer for mung bean roots; P3 = PGPR fertilizer for shy daughter roots. Parameters observed were seedling height, seedling diameter, number of leaves, and the value of seedling robustness. The results showed that the root treatment of Putri malu (P3) gave a better effect in increasing the growth of red jabon seedlings compared to other treatments such as PGPR bamboo root fertilizer (P1), green bean root PGPR fertilizer (P2), and without fertilizer/control (P0)
