| Abstrak Many of the initial programs carried out by NGOs in the context of environmental conservation,but not a few of these initial programs were ineffective. To find out whether a program is effective or not, the readiness and capacity of the disaster preparedness group in Pulu Village is needed. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of capacity of the Disaster Preparedness Group in the preservation of natural resources and in Pulu Village, South Dolo District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. This research will be conducted for 3 months starting from September 2021 to December 2021. This research will be conducted in Pulu Village, South Dolo District, Sigi Regency. The sample was determined by purposive sampling, starting from the core management, namely the chairman, secretary, treasurer, and all members of the disaster preparedness group with a total sample size of 40 people. Based on the results of the research, the overall value of the capacity of disaster preparedness groups in preserving natural resources is in the medium category, even so there are 2 criteria that have a high category, namely group networks and organizational structures. When viewed from the disaster preparedness group capacity score, there is no low category, because the group already has basic knowledge and abilities in the disaster preparedness group. |
