| Abstrak Forest farmer groups (KTH) are part of the community; apart from being the main target of forestry education, they are also the main actors in forestry development at lower levels. To assist the group development process and increase cooperation between individual members, and increase group productivity, it is necessary to know the group dynamics contained in the group. Study aimed to analyze the dynamics of the Wana Kerti forest farmer group. This research was carried out from August to September 2021 at Beraban Village, Parigi Moutong Regency, using a Likert scale, namely level 1 (Not Dynamic), 2 (Less Dynamic), 3 (Dynamic). Group goals, structure, task functions, development, coaching, atmosphere, pressure, effectiveness, and hidden intentions. The assessment of indicators of group dynamics in the Wana Kerti farmer group obtained a total score of 1,041 and a percentage of 82.6%, which is included in the dynamic category. Because all group members can understand the group's goals, there is a clear structure, adequate group facilities and infrastructure, group cohesiveness with good relations between members, the creation of a comfortable atmosphere in the group, and no severe pressure. Experienced by the group, each member has an opportunity to provide ideas or suggestions for the group, and there is no hidden purpose other than the group's goals. Of the nine elements of dynamics, one part is categorized as less dynamic, namely the function of group assignments, one of which is the distance between the houses of group members who are far apart. Constraints found in the Wana Kerti farmer group are the layout of the group members' homes that are far apart, the lack of group members who have cell phones, and the division of focus of group work when the durian season is over. |
