| Abstrak Abstract One of the plantation forest development activities oriented to community empowerment in Central Sulawesi is the Community Forest (HKm) in Taripa Village, Sindue District, Donggala Regency. The management of HKm resources by the Sinar Baru farmer group is still relatively young, for that it is necessary to have mature readiness in managing HKm resources. This study aims to determine the readiness of community forest groups in managing forest resources in Taripa Village.This research was carried out for three months starting from June to September 2021 in Taripa Village, Sindue District, Donggala Regency. The population in this study were all members of the Sinar Baru farmer group in Taripa Village, totaling 121 people. The research sample amounted to 33 people using the non-probability sampling technique. Data on the readiness of community forest groups in managing forest resources were obtained using questionnaires and interviews. The results of the research show that overall in terms of the clarity of the area and the rights of HKm management, the community knows the clarity of rights in HKm management, and also knows the location of the HKm working area. The organization of community forest groups and the rules for utilization and participatory planning in HKm management in Taripa village do not yet have written documents. So in general it can be concluded that community forest groups in managing forest resources in Taripa Village, Sindue District, Donggala Regency are not ready. Keywords:readiness, farmergroups, HKm |
