Abstrak As a plant growing medium, tailings material has many pysical and chemical constraints. therefore, efforts are needed to improve soil fertility, namelyby using plant growth-promoting microbes (PGPR/PGPF) with organic fertilizers and planting plants that are adaptive to tailings material and suitble for mine land reclamation, namely red jabon (Anthocephalus macrophyllus (Roxb.) Havil). This research was conducted from February to May 2021, at the BPDAS-HL Palu Poso Permanent Nursery, which is located in the Tadulako University campus area. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) method with treatments consisting of four levels as follows : P0= no application (control), P1= PGPR/F 20 ml/l, P2= organic fertilizer 30 gr/polybag, P3= combination PGPR/F 20 ml/l + organic fertilizer 30gr/polybag. Analysis of variance was carried out to find out the treatment had a significant effect on the growth of red jabon seedlings and if it had a significant effect, a futher test of Honest Significant Diffrence (BNJ) was carried out at a significant on thlevel of 5 %. The result showed that the combination of PGPR/F with organic fertilizer had a significant effect on the growth of red jabon seedlings: increase in height, diameter and number of leaves and had no significant effect on the sturdiness value of red jabon (Anthocephalus macrophyllus (Roxb.) Havil) seedlings. The PGPR/F 20 ml/l treatment with organic fertilizer 30gr/polybag (P3) gave a better on the growth of red jabon seedlings than other treatments. |
