The wealth includes the diversity of endemic flora and fauna. Tangkasi one of the endemic animals that live in Central Sulawesi is Tangkasi (Tarsius dentatus). The purpose of this study was to estimate the spatial distribution pattern of Tangkasi nesting sites based on the level of vegetation density and land cover types in Kamarora B Village, Nokilalaki District. This research was carried out for three months, from June 2020 to August 2020, located in Kamarora B Village, Nokilalaki District, data collection of distribution points and types of vegetation used as nesting sites was carried out using purposive sampling on the Tangkasi habitat. In sampling, the research was carried out by determining the nesting place of the tadpole through identification at the time of the taxis entering and leaving the nest. The results of the classification of sentinel imagery 2a in 2019 showed 8 land cover classes, Forest, Open Land, Plantation, Settlement, Rice Field, Cloud, Road, and River. From the results of the classification of sentinel 2a images in 2019 with observational data on the distribution of Tangkasi by getting 8 types of nesting places, it is known that 7 Tangkasi nesting places are in the plantation forest land cover type, and 1 Tangkasi nesting place is in the forest land cover type.
