| Abstrak Sulawesi is one of the islands located in the Wallacea Area. Philippine Burnt Bird (Megapodiius cumingii gilbertii). This bird is also one of the endemic species of Sulawesi. Based on the category of IUCN this type is included in the category of Least Concern (low risk). Scatter maps use systematica sampling by creating a path transect. Data collection techniques use the point count method. The analysis using population distribution was analyzed descriptively, population density, plant diversity index Shanon-Wiener equation, temperature and humidity measured using a digital thermometer.Of the 14 individual Philippine Gosong birds found in old gardens, shrubs and secondary, encounters in the Philippine Burnt Bird field were found in pairs.The population density of Philippine Burnt Birds includes the habitat type garden 0.0000136 Ind/Ha, Shrub 0.0000032 Ind/Ha and Old Secondary 0.00000024 Ind/Ha. Utilization of the philippine burnt bird land cover type habitat obtained x^2count = 5,444 > x^2 (0,05) = 5,991 is not significant, slope is obtained x^2 count = 6,972 > x^2 (0.05) = 9,487 is not significant, the height obtained x^2 calculate = 4,583 > x^2 (0, 05, 4) = 9,487 is not significant, the distance from the beach is obtained x^2 count = 5,326 > x^2 (0.05, 3) = 7.814 is not significant, the diversity of plant species (H') of 3.298536 in the high category there are 64 types of plants, the results of measuring the average daily temperature in some types of habitat obtained the highest in bush habitat type reached 31.4 °C |
