| Abstrak Abstack Jabon is a fast growing industrial tree of the family Rubiaceae which has many uses. Because classified as fast growing plants, so it is profitable in terms of high production in a short time. One of the liquid organic fertilizer that can be utilized and has a high nitrogen nutrient is liquid organic fertilizer Azolla microphylla. To determine the effect of various concentrations of liquid organic fertilizer (Azolla micropylla) on the growth of Jabon (Anthochephalus cadamba (Roxb) Miq) seedlings. This study uses a completely randomized design (CRD) method with 40 experimental units. The treatments given, namely: LOF= No treatment (Control), P1 = 100 ml LOF (Azolla micropylla) + 900 ml Water, P2 = 150 ml LOF (Azolla micropylla) + 850 ml Water, P3 = 200 ml LOF (Azolla micropylla) + 800 ml of water. The parameters observed in this study were height increase, diameter increase, increase in number of leaves, wet weight and dry weight of crowns and roots. The results showed that the treatment of P3 = 200 ml LOF + 800 ml of water gave the best effect on all parameters, namely height increase with an average of 5.15 cm, an increase in diameter with an average of 9.4 mm, addition of the number of leaves with an average of 6.8 strands, canopy wet weight with an average of 6.758 g. Wet root weight with an average of 2,386 g. Canopy dry weight with an average of 1.937 g, and root dry weight with an average of 0.806 g.
