Conflicts in a Forest Area are usually caused by a lack of clarity about the rights or laws linking the tenure system. The purpose of this research is to find out what are the potential conflicts in the use of natural resources in the FMU Dampelas Tinombo area with a case study in Malonas Village. This research has been carried out for 2 months (February - March 2021) in Malonas Village, Dampelas District, Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi. Data was collected through interviews and field observations, while the selection of respondents was carried out through purposive sampling with the consideration that the selected respondents were key informants involved in the use of natural resources that trigger potential conflicts. The results of the study indicate that the main problem that occurs in the FMU Dampelas Tinombo area, especially in Malonas Village, is the lack of coordination and an intense approach that is evenly distributed in the community, giving rise to pros and cons that trigger an abstract conflict at the community level between the community and the FMU and weakness the function of monitoring or ignoring Illegal logging from the relevant agencies. The concept of equal empowerment and intensive law enforcement is an alternative to conflict resolution which is applied as an alternative to the resolution of the conflict.
