| Abstrak The factor that influences the success of forest exploitation is the quality of the seeds to be planted. The availability of seeds of adequate quality and quantity can only be achieved through a good nursery. This is influenced by the conditions of a less fertile growing place. One of the efforts that can be done is through fertilization, both organic and inorganic fertilizers. This research was conducted in the Farmer Group Nursery in Uwemanje Village, Kinovaro District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi, from March to June 2021. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) method. The results showed that the treatment of Rhizobium and urea fertilizer had a significant effect on the growth of turi seedlings (Sesbania grandiflora L. Pers) namely on height, stem diameter, number of petioles and number of leaflets of turi seedlings, but had no significant effect on the value of the robustness of Turi seedlings. Soil treatment + Rhizobium + urea fertilizer (R3) gave the best effect on turi seedling growth compared to soil + urea fertilizer (R2), soil + Rhizobium sp (R1) and control (R0) treatment with an average seedling height of 34.75 (cm), seedling diameter 2.65 (mm), number of petiole 12.9 (stalk) and number of leaflets 161.8 (strand).
