| Abstrak In Sintuwu Raya Village, Tinombo Subdistrict, Parigi Moutong Regency, there are community plantations that are included in the community forest area with a total area of ??200 ha. The use of forest products to meet the daily needs of the people of Sintuwu Raya village has been done since a long time ago, the village community used the forest as a source of their livelihood by opening plantation land such as nutmeg, cloves, durian, coconut and corn. This study aims to determine the tenure dynamics in the Dempelas Tinombo FMU area in Sintuvu Village. This research was conducted for 2 months, from October to November 2019, the location of this research is in the KPH Dempelas Tinombo area in Sintuwu Raya Village. This research method is conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used in this study were interview techniques, observation technibques, and literature study. Data analysis carried out regarding land tenure and land use. The data is analyzed in detail and analyzed descriptively qualitatively. This is done to get an overview of the conditions of tenurial dynamics in the KPH Dampelas area of ??Sintuvu Raya village. The results of this study indicate the dynamics of tenure (changes in land tenure) in Sintuvu Raya village, namely: Before the existence of FMU, the community only relied on forest products by carrying out illegal logging, after the entry of PT Iradat Puri the community gradually abandoned illegal logging activities, an offer of cooperation with the company. After the Hkm program the community planted the timber taken by the forestry office. |
