| Abstrak ABSTRACT Mangrove is one type of forest that has ecological, economic and social benefits, which grows among the vegetation of a tropical coastal community. This species is dominated by vegetation with the ability to grow in salt water. The results of this study indicate that the level of dependence of the people of Kabonga Besar Village on mangrove forest resources is high because mangrove forests have a positive impact by helping the livelihoods/economics of the surrounding community, in addition to helping the economy of the surrounding community, the people of Kabonga Besar depend on products from mangroves such as in the form of food, firewood, tourist attractions, livestock fences and fishing grounds. The efforts made by the people of Kabonga Besar Village are re-greening, mangrove nurseries, so that the mangrove forest continues to develop and remains sustainable until now. |
