| Abstrak Covid-19 is a virus that can cause diseases in humans such as infections of the respiratory tract ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases. This disease with a fairly high mortality rate makes Covid-19 has a large enough funding for its treatment. Covid-19 financing can be arranged in INA CBG's rate. This study aimed to find out the average direct medical costs, find out the average INA CBG's rate and determine the suitability of direct medical costs (real costs) and INA CBG's rates for Covid-19 patients at Anutapura Palu Hospital Period 2020. This study was a descriptive type of research with taking retrospectively based on the hospital perspective. The sample in this study, namely patients diagnosed with Covid-19 who underwent hospitalization and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria that had been set, as many as 134 patients. The results showed that the average total direct medical cost was Rp. 5.394.393 the average total cost of INA CBG's tariffs is Rp. 4.215.910 and obtained a statistically significant difference (p<0>0.05) with a positive difference. Statistically, there was no significant difference (p>0.05) with a negative difference in the category of comorbidities (with co-morbidities). |
